1. Is my order confirmed immediately after payment?
Yes. Your order will be automatically confirmed once the payment is successful. We will start inspection and packaging within 1–3 business days.
2.Can I modify my shipping address after placing an order?
Address modification is allowed within 24 hours after payment. Once the package is shipped, no address changes can be made.
3.What payment methods do you accept?
We support PayPal, credit cards, debit cards and other mainstream international payment methods.
4. Can I cancel my order before shipment? CN:发货前可以取消订单吗?
Yes. You can apply for order cancellation before shipment. Once shipped, it will follow the return policy.
Shipping & Delivery
5.How long is the shipping delivery time?
US domestic delivery takes 10–15 business days. International shipping takes 15–25 business days depending on customs clearance.
6.Will I need to pay customs duties or taxes?
Product prices do not include import duties or local taxes. If customs charges occur, the buyer is responsible for payment.
7.How can I track my order?
After shipment, we will send the tracking number to your registered email. You can track delivery status online in real time.
8.What if my package is delayed or stuck in customs?
Customs delay is normal international logistics situation. We will assist you to check the status, but we are not responsible for customs clearance delays.

9.Does the electric scooter come pre-assembled?
Our scooters are 90% pre-assembled. You only need to install simple parts such as mirrors and windshields.
10.Do you provide installation instructions?
Yes. Each package contains a paper manual, and we can also provide electronic manuals and installation videos via email.
11.Is the product the same as the picture?
All pictures are real product shooting. Minor color difference due to light and display is normal and not considered a quality problem.
12.What is the maximum load capacity of the scooter?
The scooter supports daily adult riding and double riding, with standard load capacity for family daily commuting scenarios.
Battery & Performance
13.How long does the battery last per full charge?
The actual mileage depends on weight, road conditions and temperature. Standard cruising range supports daily short and medium distance commuting.
14.How long does it take to fully charge?
Full charging time takes approximately 6–8 hours. Please unplug the charger after fully charged.
15.Can I ride the scooter in rainy days?
The scooter supports daily splash-proof, but not deep wading or heavy rain soaking. Avoid long-term rain exposure and deep water roads.
16.How to maintain the battery for longer service life?
Avoid low-battery long-term riding, charge regularly, keep 50% power for long-term storage, and avoid overcharging and high-temperature charging.
Return & Warranty
17. Do you offer warranty service?
Yes. We provide official limited warranty for core components including motor, battery, controller and braking system.
18.What situations will void the warranty?
Private modification, disassembly, water damage, crash damage, overloading, improper charging and man-made damage will void the warranty.
19.What is your return policy?
We support 60-day returns for unused, unridden and original-packaged products. Personal reason returns require buyer to bear shipping fees.
20.My scooter has small damage during shipping, what should I do?
Please provide unboxing photos/videos within 48 hours. We will provide free replacement parts or compensation solutions.
21.Do you provide technical support after purchase?
Yes. We provide 24-hour online technical support via email for installation, debugging, fault checking and maintenance guidance.
22.Are spare parts available for future replacement?
Yes. We provide long-term original spare parts supply including tires, brakes, lights, cushions and electrical parts.
