1. Eligible Return & Exchange Period
- You may apply for return or exchange within 60 calendar days after you receive the electric scooter package.
- All return applications must be submitted via YAVE official store message/email within the 30-day window; overdue requests will not be accepted.
- Products purchased during flash sales, 35% OFF limited promotions are also covered under this 30-day return policy, except final-sale marked items.
2. Conditions for Valid Returns
Your electric scooter is qualified for return only if all below requirements are met:
- The vehicle remains unused, no scratches, no wear, no dirt, no assembly damage, no mileage driven.
- Original complete packaging is reserved: outer carton, foam protectors, original accessories (mirrors, windscreen, seat cushion, tools, charger, user manual), brand labels and protective films are intact.
- No self-disassembly, modification, paint spraying or part replacement on the scooter, motor, battery, brake system and frame.
- No damage caused by human error: collision, rain soaking, overcharging, improper operation, off-road abuse.
- Provide complete unboxing photos/videos, order number, shipping label for inspection.
Items that CANNOT be returned/exchanged:
- Products with obvious man-made damage, assembled and ridden for daily use
- Self-modified, disassembled or re-painted scooters
- Lost original packaging, missing official accessories
- Consumable spare parts: tires, brake pads, chargers sold separately
- Final sale clearance items, customized special color models
3. Refund & Exchange Process
Step 1: Submit Application
Contact YAVE customer service via store email or chat, send order ID, unboxing media, and state your request (full refund / exchange new unit).
Step 2: Customer Service Review
Our team will reply within 24 working hours to verify your eligibility and provide authorized return shipping address. Do NOT send back goods without official address confirmation.
Step 3: Package & Ship Back
Repack the scooter with full original packaging, stick the authorized return label, ship via traceable logistics and send tracking number to our support.
Step 4: Warehouse Inspection & Settlement
After our warehouse receives and inspects the returned scooter with no damage, we will process your refund or ship the replacement within 3–7 working days.
- Full refund: Money will be returned to your original payment account (credit card/PayPal). Refund arrival time depends on your bank’s processing cycle.
- Exchange: We arrange a brand-new unit delivery once inspection passes.
4. Shipping Cost Liability
- Free return shipping (YAVE covers all logistics fees):
Only applicable to vehicles with factory original defects: paint flaws, assembly errors, motor/battery factory malfunction, missing factory accessories confirmed by our inspection team.
- Customer bears round-trip shipping fees:
If you return due to personal reasons: dislike the color, wrong model ordered, change mind after purchase, size unsuitable, no quality defects.
- If returned items arrive damaged due to insufficient packaging by customer, we will deduct corresponding repair cost from your refund, or reject the return directly.
5. Warranty vs Return Policy
- This return policy applies to intact unused vehicles within 60 days after delivery.
- For vehicles already ridden normally with factory quality issues after the 30-day window: covered under our official warranty policy instead of free return. We provide free spare parts replacement and remote technical maintenance guidance, but do not support full vehicle return.
- Damage caused by human misuse, improper charging, collision, modification is NOT covered by free warranty service.
6. Special Statement
- YAVE reserves the final interpretation right of this return & exchange policy.
- All pictures, videos provided by customers are used only for return inspection verification and will not be used for other commercial purposes.
- We do not accept COD (cash on delivery) return packages; all returned parcels must be prepaid shipping.
