1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of the YAVE official website and all product purchases, including all electric scooters, e-bikes and related accessories. By accessing our website, browsing, registering or placing any order, you fully agree to accept and abide by these Terms and our related store policies (Return Policy, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy).


2. Product Information & Description

YAVE strives to ensure that all product pictures, parameters, videos, descriptions and features displayed on the website are accurate. Minor color difference, slight texture deviation or parameter update due to factory batch iteration shall not be regarded as quality problems. We reserve the right to update product appearance, accessories and technical parameters without prior notice.

 

3. Order & Payment Rules

  • All orders are finalized only after successful payment. The order ownership belongs to the customer only after payment confirmation.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in the following situations: payment failure, abnormal transaction, suspected fraud, repeated malicious order, incorrect shipping address, out-of-stock status.
  • All displayed prices are final website prices, excluding import duties, local taxes and handling fees generated by destination countries.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Standard processing time: 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Shipping time varies according to destination country, customs clearance status and logistics schedule.
  • YAVE is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspection, local policy adjustment, force majeure events or customer-provided incorrect information.

5. Return, Refund & After-Sales Rules

All return, exchange and refund behaviors must strictly comply with YAVE official Return & Refund Policy. Unused, unridden products with complete original packaging can apply for return within 60 days after receipt. Quality issues caused by factory production are covered by official after-sales warranty. Man-made damage, improper use, modification and disassembly are not covered by free after-sales service.

6. Warranty Terms

YAVE provides official limited warranty for all electric scooters core components including motor, battery, controller and braking system. Free replacement of defective parts and professional remote technical support are provided during the warranty period. The warranty does not cover consumable parts, artificial damage, water damage, overcharging, crash and unauthorized modification.

7. User Conduct Rules

Users shall not use this website for illegal transactions, malicious evaluation, malicious refund, fraud, data crawling, illegal attack or any behavior that violates local laws and platform rules. YAVE reserves the right to restrict account access, cancel orders and pursue legal liability for violations.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All website texts, logos, pictures, videos, design styles and content are owned by YAVE. No individual or organization may copy, reproduce, resell, modify or use our content for commercial purposes without written authorization. Any infringement behavior will be held legally responsible.

9. Privacy Protection

We strictly protect customer personal information, including name, address, phone number, payment information and order records. Customer data will only be used for order processing, delivery arrangement and after-sales service, and will never be sold or leaked to third parties.

10. Force Majeure

YAVE shall not be liable for any failure to perform obligations caused by force majeure, including natural disasters, war, policy changes, customs shutdown, international logistics suspension and other uncontrollable factors.

11. Policy Update & Final Interpretation

YAVE reserves the right to update and revise these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Revised terms will take effect immediately after being published on the official website. YAVE owns the final interpretation right of all store policies.
